Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurae by Grace! We’re excited to get your beauty favorites delivered to your door. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Processing time may be extended during holidays, product launches, or sales.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping option selected.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to check your package’s status anytime.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of ordering, please contact us at auraebygrace@gmail.com.

4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

Once a package leaves our hands, we rely on the shipping carrier for timely delivery.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office first

  • If still missing, contact us within 3 days of the delivery notification at auraebygrace@gmail.com

We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we hope to expand in the future!

Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 3/28/2025

We hope you love your purchase from Aurae by Grace, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Any items marked as final sale, clearance, or customized are non-refundable

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at auraebygrace@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
